Tungsten Carbide Welding Electrode

Just as its name implies, tungsten carbide welding electrodes are mostly used in oil-fields industry. The major ingredient of the tungsten carbide welding electrode is sintered tungsten carbide pellets, with copper-based alloy as the matrix material, and the surface is usually coated with brazing flux. Tungsten carbide pellets have the hardness of 89~91HRA, which enables them to be widely used in the re-new of easily-worn parts, therefore, tungsten carbide welding electrodes become the excellent welding material in many fields, such as coal planer cutter and road cutter head, etc.
