Tungsten Carbide

The compounds of tungsten carbide are mostly tungsten carbide powder, with cobalt or nickel, etc as the binder and hydrogen presented. The temperature for making the compound requires ranging from 2,550 to 2,900 degrees F. Generally speaking, mixing tungsten carbide powder with cobalt makes tungsten carbide more hard. The mixed compounds are then heated to 2,550 to 2,900 degrees F. At the moment, tungsten carbide is melted or cemented partially. Thus we can put it into different shapes and dimensions with various mold.
